Web Picture Toolbar is a simple freeware add-on for your Internet Explorer to show or hide images while browsing.
If you tried to change the images setting in your browser, you know that it is hidden far away in its Options dialog. This utility makes this task easier - just a single click! The page without images will be reloaded automatically to load and show its pictures.
It also contains a button to load all images once on the current page you are viewing. This happens without changing the global setting.
The toolbar is fully customizable - you can turn on or off displaying buttons, their texts, etc.
