In addition to our single-user licenses, we offer a number of different multi-user licenses described below that will satisfy most user requirements. All of our multi-user licenses can be purchased using any of the DigiBuy ordering methods listed in our online Store.

Multi-User License
Any purchase of more than one single-user license is a Multi-User License. Using our standard purchasing methods, you can purchase as many single-user licenses as you want in a single purchase, or you can chose a Limited or Unlimited Site License. We also have special Site License discounts for government and educational institutions. Contact a Commercial Services Representative for more information.

Each program purchased under a Multi-User License can be installed on any computer in any location within the same company as long as the number of computers using the program does not exceed the size of the Multi-User License. A Multi-User license entitles an organization to receive one copy of the program, which can then be duplicated for the specified number of computers.

For example, if a customer purchases a 20-computer Multi-User License and has three company locations then the customer may install a single program on any computer at any of the three company locations as long as the total number of computers does not exceed 20.

Site License
A Site License allows the customer to install a single program on an unlimited number of computers at a single company location.

Site License - Government and Educational
This is the same as a standard Site License but discounted for educational institutions. In order to qualify for a Government or Educational Site License the institution must provide evidence that it is fully accredited.

Unlimited Site License
An Unlimited Site License allows the customer to install a single program on an unlimited number of computers at any company location worldwide.

Unlimited Site License - Government and Educational
This is the same as the Unlimited Site License but discounted for educational institutions. In order to qualify for a Government or Educational Site License the institution must provide evidence that it is fully accredited.
