QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. How do I get the code to register or unlock my program? In order to get your registration key or unlock code you need to purchase a registration from our Registration section. Depending on your order method, your registration code will be sent by email or by regular mail.
2. Once I have my registration code, how do I enter it into my program? In order to register your program you will need to enter your registration code into the program's About or Help section, depending on the product you ordered. If you order Offline Explorer, Mass Downloader, or any other of our programs that do not reside in the system tray, then you register by going to your Help Main menu and selecting the About ... menu entry. Here you will see a Register button. Click on the Register button and enter your registration information. If you are trying to register one of our programs that resides in the system tray, then you will need to select one of the icons in the system tray that has been created by one of our programs and right click on the icon to display a context menu. In this contact menu you will see an About ... menu entry. Click on this menu entry and a Register button will be displayed. Click on the Register button and enter your registration code.
