QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. If I order by regular mail, how long will it take to receive my registration? Once you mail us your registration check or money order, it should take about 7-10 days for us to receive, process and return your registration number to you--if you provided us with a valid email address. If we are returning your registration number to you through the regular mail, you should allow an additional 5-7 days. Outside the US: If you are mailing your registration to us from outside the US, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing if you have provided us with an e-mail address. If no email address is provided, please allow another 5-7 days. If your order has taken longer than two weeks, then you should check the status of your order by completing our Check Order Status Form.
2. If I order online, how long will it take to receive my registration? Online registrations are processed in real time. This means that you will receive your registration within minutes after your order has been processed. Exceptions: (1) your order provided us with an invalid email address, (2) your mail server was down at the time we emailed your registration to you or your mail server is slow in downloading your email or (3) our mail server was down. In most cases, the main reason for not receiving your email registration in real time is because you have provided us with an invalid email address.
