1. Your on-line order rejected my email address. Why?
This probably means you are using a restricted email address. For security reasons, we do not process on-line Registration for email addresses using the following domain names: usa.net, hotmail.com, rocketmail.com, juno.com, yahoo.com, netaddress.usa.net, mailexcite.com, netforward.com, email4life.com, netscape.net and iname.com. If you have an email address using one of these domain names then you will have to use another email address to register on-line.


2. I registered on-line over 48 hours ago. What should I do?
This could mean a number of things. First, you may have provided us with an invalid email address, which means we are unable to send you your registration. Second, it could mean that your server or ours was down during the last 48 hours. In either case, you should check the status of your order by completing our Check Order Status Form .
