For security reasons, we do not process online Registrations for email addresses using the following domain names: usa.net, hotmail.com, rocketmail.com, juno.com, yahoo.com, netaddress.usa.net, mailexcite.com, netforward.com, email4life.com, netscape.net and iname.com. If you have an email address using one of these domain names then you will have to use another email address to register online.
2. What should I do if my user name and registration code are invalid? If you see a message that your user name and registration code were not accepted, please do the following: 1. Make sure that you pasted no leading or trailing spaces with the user name or registration code fields. 2. Switch your keyboard to English language before pasting or typing in these fields. 3. If the above doesn't help, then contact Technical Support.
